A chorus of kids ages 8 to 12 will perform in the Garden.  \n2 pm: Danny The Clown and his balloon animals  \n3:30 pm: Ballet Hispanico dance performance (with audience participation!)  \nSunday\, September 20 \n10:45 – 11:45 am: “Carrie-oke” — Karaoke for kids and adults\, led by Carrie Sooter (author of “High Tea on East B”)  \n12 noon to 1:30 pm: “Art on the Spot”\nCalling all painters\, drawers\, and sketchers! Bring your own materials and  create art in the Garden.   \n2-4 pm: Poetry Reading and Open Mic\nDavid Elsasser\, Poetry Chair\, West Side Arts Coalition. Hear two featured poets\, then sign up to read your own poetry for 5 minutes.  \nBoth days\, 10 am to 4:30 pm \nOutside the Garden on 89th Street\, artists and crafters display and sell their  creations. Ceramics\, jewelry\, needlework\, paintings\, photos\, poetry\, toys\, notecards\,  and more! (Cash preferred).  \n
